Monitor Service Contract Renewal Queues

Monitor these two Queues:

• Service Contract Renewal Queue
  • List of Customer Contracts nearing their expiry dates to remind us to reach out for possible extensions or give us a heads up to expire ending Contracts
  • Accessible from
    • • Service > Work Queues
      • Accounting > Service Contracts
      • Workflow > Service Overview

     

• Vendor Service Contract Renewal Queue
  • List of Vendor-provided services / licenses / keys nearing their expiry dates
    • • These Vendor Items were defined and linked via a Line Item on a Customer’s Service Contract

     

  • From this queue, there is the option to create / renew a Purchase Order with your Vendor
  • Accessible from
    • Service > Work Queues
    • Accounting > Service Contracts
