Split Order Line Items in Purchasing Q

Occasionally you may need to split an Order Item row into 2 rows, when Quantity count is greater than 1.  A split provides purchasing options and flexibility, e.g. to initiate a Purchase Order for only a fraction of entire Quantity to be fulfilled.
