HR personnel can assign PTO days and other time off allocations, including vacation days in Employee records.
To allocate days for an Employee, complete the following steps:
- Go to HR > Employee, and open the Employee record
- Click the Employee > Schedule tab
- Click the Days Off / Allocations grid ADD button
- When prompted, enter the allocation details, including:

- Type, Start Date, End Date, Days Allowed, and Comments (optional)

- Click Submit button
- Notice the grid displays a row for the allocation just created
