For a Specific Call Report
- Open the Call record
- Click the Call Printer icon > Print Call Report
- Select the Print Options you want, then click the Print button
- If printing to screen, the report displays in a separate browser window
- A Standard Output Layout includes sections for:
- Call Attributes
- Work Requested (Problem)
- Work Performed (Solution)
- Sign off
For Service Call Reports
- Service > Reports contains reports that are optimal for PDF and physical printing
- Service > Quick Views contains reports for data output in grid format
