Regularly review Events across all Calls to monitor activity as the Events occur:
- Open the Event Q
- Go to Service > Work Queues > Event Q
- Use filters to define criteria of data to display
- Once you have reviewed and acted on the Events, you may remove those from the queue so the list is manageable
- Select the rows, then click Extended Menu option ‘Clear Selected Events’
- The Event records are still tagged and visible on their respective Call record
Regularly review Events for a specific Call for entire context and progress of that call:
- Open the Call record
- Go to Call > Events tab or Call > Call tab > Events grid to view all Events for this specific Call
