Order Pick Q Color Management

Q360 Versions 22.02 – 24.01 have adjusted color management rules on the Order Pick Q grid.

Rows are color coded according to the following:

• An Order in the Pick Q will show YELLOW if:
  • There are Order line items that are in DATAENTRY status that can be picked and they are not linked to a PO, but the Order cannot be picked in FULL.
  • There are Order line items that are in DATAENTRY status that can be picked and they are linked to a RECEIVED PO Item, but the Order cannot be picked in FULL.
• An Order in the Pick Q will show GREEN if:
  • All Order line items that are in DATAENTRY can be picked in full and there are no items linked to a PO that are not RECEIVED.
• Order in the Pick Q will show RED if:
  • Any other circumstance. All Red lines should be excluded if the PICK ONLY checkbox is checked.

Note:  All colors assume other logic surrounding PO Release dates, etc. is followed.

Notable:  There are situations in which an order appears in the Q that has all PICKED items. This row should be green.
